Anse Pasquière

Anse Pasquière is actually a strange beach which is located in the northeast of the Seychelles second largest island Praslin. The beach is a good spot for picnics and has the amazing beauty.

The beach offers other activities for its visitors like snorkeling and fishing. Families can visit to enjoy picnics and because of its too shallow water, the water is safe for children. Generally, on weekends, locals come here to enjoy picnics on the sand.

While, on the other hand, the Anse Pasquière is also a good home to an abundance of fish and birds, so the place is perfect for nature lovers. The species of birds found here are grey heron and the green-backed heron, that visit here to feed fish.

Getting to the beach is easy as there is parking space which is made by cutting forest that allows the arrival of the car and there is a bus stop adjacent to the beach. At walking distance there are some hotels, so even guest of nearby hotels come and visit here or may have a leisurely walk.
