Anse Pierrot, a small beach situated on the southwest coast of La Digue, which lies about 1 km south of Anse Source d’Argent. The interesting thing about the beach is that it is well suited for the families.
Crystal clear shallow water and the shade make the perfect spot for enjoying the holidays. It should be known that when the tide will shift because, during high tide the water get disappear, even water reaching the treeline.
Whereas, getting to the beach is by Union Estate, so have to pay the entrance amount of rupees 100 per day. Once get into the estate then it is easy to access to the beach through Anse Source d’Argent. During the low tide, it is also possible to walk along the coral between the two beaches.
The water conditions are perfect for paddling as well as snorkeling, also there is sufficient space to sit and relax under the sun or shade of the trees. Unfortunately, there is lack of facilities on the beach, but proximity to the Union Estate, it is possible to spend the day on the beach.
One of the restaurants named Lamboursir is located nearby that serves food and drinks. Anse Pierrot provides good opportunities for photographs that includes beautiful rock formations that line the beach, the large glacis, and the natural surroundings.

How to Reach Anse Pierrot
It can be accessed on foot at low tide walk along the coral reef from Anse Source d’Argent.
Fly to Mahé (SEZ) and connect to Praslin (PRI) before a short ferry ride to La Digue.
No need for wheels here! Simply stroll or bike the scenic path from the famous Anse Source d’Argent – it’s just a hop, skip, and a sunbathe away!
